RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At KRUX, every release is produced with intention.

We stand behind premium quality and want you to love every piece.

Change of Mind

If your purchase isn’t quite right, returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn, unused and unwashed
• Original tags must remain attached
• Item must be returned in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability, eligible items may be exchanged for:

• another size
• another available product
• store credit

If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for:

• change of mind
• incorrect sizing selection
• normal wear and tear

Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Limited Drops

KRUX releases may be limited in quantity.

Selected limited-release products may be marked as Final Sale and may not be eligible for exchange or return.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, KRUX will arrange replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
